Harnessing Collective Intelligence

In an increasingly knowledge based economy, what we know, our thoughts, ideas, creativity, innovation and willingness to share and collaborate, are critical for creating value.

Many progressive organisations are seeking ways of emulating the innovation and passion found in start-ups and with entrepreneurs. The Workplace Community provides a way to tap into this collective intelligence, engage people in a common sense of direction and provide the opportunity for unleashing ‘intrepreneurship’ across your organisation.

What we can offer

In conjunction with the book we are happy to offer you further support and help. This could be consultancy, keynote presentations and workshops. All our interventions have been designed to help you explore different ways of working and decide if a community way of working is right for you.

If you already have a workplace community then we can help you explore its health and if it has become a bit dysfunctional help you to design interventions to get it back on track. If you would like to explore this further and fancy a chat then please get in touch.

Here are examples of some of the interventions we can offer:

Community Consultancy

Using our OD and community development skills we can help you think through if a community way of working would be best for you and your organisation. This can include helping you develop your plausible promise and bargain, manage stakeholders and develop a plan for a successful launch If you already have a community we can help you to make sure it functions in a healthy and successful way both for the members and for the wider organisations.

Presentations and Keynote Speeches
